he product of CAFEC's constant pursuit of making the very best cup of coffee more easily achieved, the Deep 45 adapts the best design elements of their Flower Dripper and Deep Dripper PRO to create an elegant multi-cup brewer where form and function converge harmoniously.

Featuring deep grooves in the shape of flower petals that extend from the top of the dripper cone to its bottom, with a narrowed angle of 45° to produce a deeper filtration layer, the Deep 45 Dripper is optimised for CAFEC's suggested osmotic flow brew method to bring out the ultimate flavour in your brews.

Carefully developed with meticulous attention to each and every detail, the Deep 45 Dripper and its dedicated Traditional or Abaca+ filters promote a steady and stable flow so you can enjoy a simplified brewing experience with more richness and sweetness in your cup.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

REFUND POLICY

You can return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.

After 30 days and up to two months, we will accept a return for a credit.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of and arrange shipping the item(s) back to us.

Returned items are to be unused, no damage, complete and with all original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation/invoice with the returned items.

Once your return is received, we will then issue a refund / store credit voucher.

Refund shall made to customers only in the event the payment had received by Flat White for the Product.

Upon the verification and assessment of the Products done by Flat White and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of receiving the returned Product back at our Stores.

100% Refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Flat White are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact.

For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that Flat White shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.

Flat White do not make any cash refunds.

The amount will be refunded to customers within 7 (seven) working days into the original mode of payment chosen by customer (Net Banking) or Flat White provides customer with credit for the product's value, along with applicable fees.

This credit shall use for future retail purchases.

Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries may take a longer time to process the refund request.

However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, customer may contact Flat White.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt/in transit we will arrange to collect and exchange.

For warranty claims in the Qatar, we will collect and repair, or replace your item. For products sold outside the Qatar, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.
