By registering for our marathon, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

By registering for and participating in the Flat White Specialty Coffee Marathon Event ("Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acknowledgment of Risk: Participation in the Event involves physical activity and entails significant risk of injury or illness. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks associated with participating in a marathon, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, or in extreme cases, death. I assert that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in such an event.

Health and Safety: I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions or disabilities that would make my participation in the Event unsafe for myself or others. I agree to comply with any and all directions, instructions, and decisions of the Event officials and medical personnel. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating in the Event to ensure my fitness for such participation.

Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Flat White Specialty Coffee, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, or damage to me or my property arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical issue, I hereby give consent for emergency medical care and authorize Event officials to seek medical treatment for me if they deem it necessary. I agree to be responsible for my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of an injury, illness, or incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses.

Compliance with Event Rules: I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Event as established by the organizers. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in disqualification, removal from the Event, and/or denial of access to Event facilities.

Photography and Media: I understand that during the Event, I may be photographed or recorded. I hereby grant permission to the organizers and their authorized representatives to use my name, likeness, image, and voice in any media, including for advertising or promotional purposes, without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my registration for the Event for this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
