From the IOT Of Japanese HARIO, we introduce to you SAMANTHA by HIROIA of Taiwan, a smart brewer with recipe control via a smart phone app via Bluetooth.

Hot water temperature control, flow frequency, and drip speed rate are easily controlled for consistent brewing results with each batch at the press of a button, so much accuracy can be achieved thanks to its built-in scale housed within the boiler for fantastic precision. Also the recipe can be programmed by scanning a QR Code with ease, you may also generate QR codes for your desired recipes, and upload/download recipes from a library online!

Develop your own recipe using your smart phone app and the SAMANTHA App before you brew or exactly as you are brewing your coffee, download the latest SAMANTHA App and future updates to the app and the machine for smart phones using ANDROID and IOS operating softwares.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUND POLICY

You can return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.

After 30 days and up to two months, we will accept a return for a credit.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of and arrange shipping the item(s) back to us.

Returned items are to be unused, no damage, complete and with all original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation/invoice with the returned items.

Once your return is received, we will then issue a refund / store credit voucher.

Refund shall made to customers only in the event the payment had received by Flat White for the Product.

Upon the verification and assessment of the Products done by Flat White and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of receiving the returned Product back at our Stores.

100% Refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Flat White are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact.

For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that Flat White shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.

Flat White do not make any cash refunds.

The amount will be refunded to customers within 7 (seven) working days into the original mode of payment chosen by customer (Net Banking) or Flat White provides customer with credit for the product's value, along with applicable fees.

This credit shall use for future retail purchases.

Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries may take a longer time to process the refund request.

However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, customer may contact Flat White.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt/in transit we will arrange to collect and exchange.

For warranty claims in the Qatar, we will collect and repair, or replace your item. For products sold outside the Qatar, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.
