Offering 30 responsive macro-adjustments plus 9 marked settings of stepless micro-adjustment to let you dial in your shots time after time. These are directly connected the ground-breaking Sette series gearbox technology to provide near zero retention and a quick-accessible cleaning and maintenance process.
The front mounted control panel with backlit LED display is user-friendly. Easy programmable buttons allow for grind time settings within 0.01 second and you can save up to 3 different dose preferences. The grind quality on the Sette 270 covers a wide breadth of styles and with the convenient convertible device you can go from grinding into your portafilter to grinding into the included anti-static bin or most of the popular single-cup brewing methods.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Flat White Specialty Coffee Roaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUND POLICY
You can return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.
After 30 days and up to two months, we will accept a return for a credit.
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of and arrange shipping the item(s) back to us.
Returned items are to be unused, no damage, complete and with all original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation/invoice with the returned items.
Once your return is received, we will then issue a refund / store credit voucher.
Refund shall made to customers only in the event the payment had received by Flat White for the Product.
Upon the verification and assessment of the Products done by Flat White and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of receiving the returned Product back at our Stores.
100% Refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Flat White are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact.
For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that Flat White shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.
Flat White do not make any cash refunds.
The amount will be refunded to customers within 7 (seven) working days into the original mode of payment chosen by customer (Net Banking) or Flat White provides customer with credit for the product's value, along with applicable fees.
This credit shall use for future retail purchases.
Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries may take a longer time to process the refund request.
However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, customer may contact Flat White.
For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt/in transit we will arrange to collect and exchange.
For warranty claims in the Qatar, we will collect and repair, or replace your item. For products sold outside the Qatar, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.
