Perfect start to learn more about specialty coffee. This course will introduce you to all the critical aspects of Speciality coffee. Based on the SCA programs of Green Coffee, Sensory, Roasting, Brewing, and Barista, you will learn about: how coffee is produced, harvested and roasted, how to taste and assess coffees, how to brew coffee using filter methods or with espresso. This course does not offer practice, you learn through demonstration only and cupping (coffee tasting).
