A one-day course covering essential Barista skills: grinder settings, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and menu. This is the ideal class for you if you want to learn more about espresso-based coffee or want to become a barista. You will learn the essential skills of dosing and tamping and grind adjustments. You will then learn how to steam and pour milk to make beautiful flat whites, lattes, and cappuccinos. By the end of the day, you will be confident in making the full espresso-based menu and be able to use the machine and grinder.
