A two-day course introducing extraction theory, professional tasting, and brew recipes. You will also improve your milk steaming with a latte ar module. Building on the Foundation level, this course is designed to get participants to work as baristas. We will show you how we can manipulate brew recipes with dose, output, and water temperature. Through the use of a refractometer, you will see how to optimize your coffee, as well as understand the basic requirements for customer service and maintenance.
